Our luxury newborn gifts and essentials are designed in the UK and made in Europe. Every single teddy is handmade. For this reason, we kindly ask you to accept up to 10 working days (2 calendar weeks) to complete all orders including our signature soft toy teddy, ready for shipping.

We ship all our product using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Deliveries across the UK is free of charge for orders over £50 and can take between 2 – 3 business days.
Sending in and around the EU incurs an additional delivery charge at checkout and can take 3 – 5 business days.
Orders to the rest of the world may take up to 10 working days and incurs an additional delivery charge at checkout as well. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import duty and tax charges if incurred.
Our sole aim as a company is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you are unhappy or would like to return your gift you have 14 days of receipt of your email to apply for a refund.
Postage costs for returns are down to the buyer, which will be deducted at the time of the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any international purchases.
Items must be in a perfect condition at the point of return, unworn and in their original packaging.
If in the unlikely event your gift arrives faulty, we will, of course, provide a full refund once the goods are returned to us.
We strongly advise you to use a secure postal method for all returns, as we cannot refund or exchange for items not received.
Unless specified, we are unable to provide refunds for sale items.
